This fragrant smelling balm gently removes grime and soil from your skin, leaving it soft and clean, whilst helping removal of the dirt with tiny beads of jojoba wax. The emulsifier is 100% natural, and preservative free, and has the advantage of being produced in the UK, giving it a low carbon footprint. The oils used are
- Castor oil is a “dirt magnet” which doesn’t sink into the pores
- Sunflower oil which has a high content of linoleic acid, an omega 6 essential fatty acid
- Mango Butter, which is hydrating and emollient
- soya wax helps to thicken the balm.
It is good for all skin types, even oily skin as it is a dry oil and has also has excellent pore size reduction qualities, so is helpful for large-pored skin. Rosemary and Tea Tree essential oils make the balm smell beautiful, helping remove any bacteria on your hands.
To use, put a five pence piece sized amount in the palms of your dry hands, rub together to warm then massage the oils all over your hands. Pay particular attention to the area around your nails. Wet your hands with warm water then remove the cleanser by rubbing gently and rinsing until the product is gone. Dry your hands thoroughly and finish off with Gardeners' Hand Cream.
